The day we left for vacation was two days after the green cast. It was also the day Miss Ainslee pulled the green cast off. With no help from anybody else. So now we know. . .she totally did it. . .not Peyson. . .the first time too. I guess "babies" can in fact pull off a cast. She did it. . .twice. So. . .we conveniently took it off to eat. We took it off to bath. We put it back on after she was clean. . .but it came off more than it probably should have. She thought it was funny and sometimes she thought it shouldn't go back on at all.
Eventually the padding on the inside slid forward so her fingers couldn't reach through the end. Luckily we made it to the 3 week mark before the cast failed. And now it's as if it never happened at all. It never held her back. And without it she is perfectly fine.
